About your Trainer.
My name is Aida Smith, I have always had a passion for sports. Football being my main focus.
From 1999-2002 I was in the Armed Forces, visiting Northen Ireland, Jordan and Cyprus. My time spent in service gave me drive, determination and resilience which encouraged me to continue the passion for physical fitness; igniting a desire to help others achieve their own wellness goals.
In 2009, I completed an NCFE level 2 in Fitness Studies, NVQ level 2 in Instructing Exercise & Fitness. This followed a completion of a level 3 NVQ in Personal Training.
