Jump Squats / raise Arms

Burpee’s

Push-up + move left / right

Alternate Knee’s up

 

x 2 sets for each movement.

5 Minute Tabata Workout # 3

Side Lunges Squat + Squat Holds

Push-up Position + Twist Grab

Foot Crunch / Touch Heels
