Build Chest Muscles at Home | DB Push ups
Pushups can be great for building Pecs, which are stronger and more muscular defined.
This short video shows you one of my favourite and most effective chest exercises using only body weight.
Without the use of equipment, this example is a combination of a dynamic, isometric slide movement.
The DB's are just to help in the movement if you are not on a surface where you could use hand sliders on the ground.
4 Push ups for Upper Body
In this video I'm going to show you how to train your full upper body with this combo of 4 different push-ups.
When done correctly, these moves would be the only pushups you need to sculpt your arms, chest & shoulders.
Its also refreshing to do other variations at times.
These are just a few, but effective enough to give you a great exercise for those muscle groups.
